STOP BULLYING

Bullying is repeated physical attacks, psychological, social or verbal, is performed in a position defined situational forces for their own benefit or satisfaction. Bullying is an early form of aggressive behavior that is abusive behavior. Whether physical, psychological, through words or any combination of the three. This can be done by groups or individuals. Perpetrators take advantage of others who saw vulnerable.
Bullying is an act in which one or more people try to hurt or control others by violent means. There are many types of bullying. Could harm the physical forms, such as hitting, pushing, etc. In the form of verbal was insulting, snapped, and using harsh words, while the social forms such as isolating, and ignore people. Some examples of bullying most frequently encountered around us are seniors confront the younger classes as judged act. Student orientation period that ended badly because of the excessive seniors work on the new students. Classmates who considered odd isolated, and no one wants to be friends with him.
There are some issues that may be suffered by children as victims of bullying. The first is a variety of mental problems such as depression, anxiety and sleep difficulties, problems can be carried over until the victim grows into an adult. Bullying would be very difficult to forget the victims. Secondly, there will be physical health complaints, such as headaches, abdominal pain and muscle tension. Thirdly, there is a sense of insecurity right in the school environment. Fourth, there is a decrease in the spirit of learning and academic achievement. Fifth, in cases quite rare, victims of bullying will probably indicate the nature of the violence.
Not only for the victims, the impact of bullying also affect bullies. When they grow up, children who commit acts of bullying has a great propensity for violent behavior, doing crime, engaging in vandalism, taking drugs and alcohol, and engaging in sexual relations freely. Moreover, sixty percent of boys who bully her friend in elementary school or junior high school has been convicted at least once during a crime at the age of 24 years.
Impact of Bullying
The impact on the victim, bullying can make a person feel anxious and frightened. Can affect the concentration of learning in school and lead them to avoid school. If the bullying continues in the long term it can affect students' self-esteem, social isolation increases, raises withdrawn behavior, make teenagers vulnerable to stress and depreciation, as well as insecurity. Worse yet, bullying can lead teens to do reckless, even kill, or commit suicide.
If the override bullying victim repeatedly, then the victim will feel depreciation and angry. He was angry with himself or against bullies. Even for those around him and to adults who can not or do not want to help him. It is the ease of starting to affect academic achievement. Seeing no longer able to come up with constructive ways to control his life, he may retreat further into isolation.
The impact on offenders, in general, these actors have a high confidence with high self-esteem as well. Tend to be aggressive with pro-violent behavior, typical of people who rampart, irritability and impulsivity. The perpetrators of this bullying has a strong need to dominate others and less empathy towards the target. Bullies can not develop healthy relationships. Less capable of looking at it from another perspective. Considers that they are strong and preferably so as to affect the pattern of social relations in the future.
By doing the bullying, the perpetrator will assume that they have the power of the state. If allowed to continue without intervention, bullying can lead to the formation of other behaviors such as child abuse and other criminal behavior.
Why did happen bullying ? The perpetrators bully get satisfaction from the oppressive people. He felt stronger and more powerful because there are people who are afraid of him. Maybe he was thinking, he would gain popularity in the school as feared by the other students. Another reason is because they repress their envy in excess of the target of bullying them. They feel threatened by the presence of someone who is prettier or smarter than them. Or actually they have a problem that causes them to suppress their anger to others. They do not know what impact bullyingnya actions against their victims. So they do not feel guilty for his actions.
Why could become a victim of bullying ? People who are usually targeted for repression is a person who has a noticeable difference compared to the others. This difference could be physical, style of dress, and behavior. The most common example is the seniors do not like the younger class that act, so dilabrak out by class brothers. This led the juniors feel scared or afraid to act wandering around the school.
How to protect your child from bullying ? First, seek help from the school. Second, talk to the bullies. Third, empower your child. Fourth, talk about your own experiences, share your own experiences at school to children. This will help the child know that he is not alone in such situations. Fifth, form friendships outside of school, try children involved in extracurricular activities such as courses, religious activities, scouts, and others where they can create other social groups and learn new skills.
What is the solution ? there is a prayer is a prayer of  Yunus prayer when he was in the belly of the fish : Messenger of Allah said : Do you want me to tell about a prayer that every time you read in any condition, the sad and disastrous spaciousness will be obtained ? The friend replied : Yes,   O Allah's Apostle. He is Allah said: (It is) the prayer of Yunus As. the fish meal.
“Laillahailla anta subhanaka inni kuntum minazzolimin”
Meaning: There is no god (worthy of worship) besides You. Glory to Thee! I was among those who do wrong.
We need proper guidance, instead of taking the soap opera as a role model but parental guidance and support from the community, establish good relationships with others is also needed. As well cleave the Quran and al-Hadith. We are human intellect. Do not fall into a dark hole and the thrill of the moment.
Do not waste your time and your youth with negative things. Use your youth with as much as you. Do not stray off the path. Fun - happy was the thing right, not ngebully !. STOP BULLYING!!! NOT GOOD FOR GOOD HEALTH FOR LIFE.

KELAS                : 4EA18
TUGAS KE-3      : SOFTSKILL. LEARNING ENGLISH

LEARNING ENGLISH

My initial learning English since elementary school begins. English language subjects are taught in 4th grade. While in previous classes I had not received these subjects. The material was first taught by teachers in the classroom about the meaning of a noun that exist around us. Then interpret the names of the month, the name of the day, the name of a fruit and much more.
I think English is easy and fun, because I thought English was not much different from the Indonesian. Develop or stringing words in the English language is like we are stringing words in Indonesian. Staying Indonesian language word we translate into English and then I assemble like wording in Indonesian. But in reality difficult.
Since I had difficulty with English lessons, I do not give up. At home I try to review and study itself little by little. Although ultimately I still feel confused, but the important thing I've been trying. Sometimes I also asked a friend, who I consider to be the English language. Not only that, I also les English in the course, the PEC.
After graduating from elementary school I went to junior high school. In junior high school I also get the English language subjects. But English in junior high material increase even more. English class in junior high school, I was taught by English teachers on formulas to construct a sentence.
Of conditions that do not quite understand the formula English taught in junior high, I still go to school to high school level. In high school English class is not much different, father / mother teacher also taught formulas, similar to what I learned in junior high. The difference formulas were more developed with the sentence pattern which seems to me more complicated. Because I think the material that I can be more difficult in high school, I finally decided to move the course to LPIA to deepen learning English. Although it is difficult but at least I understand the English language lessons.

In English, the passive sentence is characterized with using verb three in the sentence, for example : made, given, eaten, drunk, bought, carried, brought, etc.

B.     WAYS IN FORMING PASSIVE SENTENCES
To make active sentences into passive, here are some steps that need to be considered:
1.      Put the object of the active sentences at the beginning of the passive sentences. In other words, the object of the active sentences becomes the subject of the passive sentences.
2.      If the active sentences is no auxiliary verb (to be / modals), then add to be in accordance with the subject of the passive sentences and also in accordance with its tense forms.
3.      Put the main verb of the sentences after the auxiliary active (to be) in the form of the past participle.
4.      Put the preposition “by” after the main verb in the passive sentence before the subject (the subject of the active sentences). but, in some circumstances, “by” can be removed because they had understood his point without the need to be mentioned again.
